So we can start diplomacy with Sons. Will we welcom their diplomats?Of course we are ! What we can offer and what we can take? We can offer the artifacts we found in the desert. (what exactly I don't know) We can also offer some of our enhanced species, but only males will be offered, so they won't start another culture of enhanced animals. We can offer survival kits for the desert or even gears. Personnally I'm against that last proposition because having the monopole of travelling in the desert is what make us rich. Let's have this monopole forever ! We need to take : 1) Ammo. A lot of ammo. We're going on war, dudes, we need more ammo than what we can produce. Even if we told to all our people to make home-made ammo it wouldn't be sufficient. 2) Food. A lot of food. We're going on war, dudes, we need more food than what we can produce. Even if we told to all our people to make home-made food, it wouldn't be sufficient. 3) Oil. Oil ? Oil, oil, oil, oil. Oil oil oil ? Oil, oil oil. Oil !We can take : 1) Maybe weapons. 2) Maybe water. 3) Maybe vehicles. Other than material : We can offer peace and non-aggression pacts. We can offer free move on our territories. We can offer hospitality to their troops. We can offer women and men to them (arranged marriage).

Well done, Adriano! They really ask for horses and artifacts from the desert. I think we can send a diplomatic mission (exchange ambassadors with them), and discuss exact number of horses and artifacts to give and amount of food and other supplies to take. What artifacts we can give them? 1) Gift for the Caliph (a knife, or maybe an ancient Koran) 2) Something unusual and interesting as a gift for their women and children. 3) Something useful for (books with medical/technical information)...

Well done, Adriano! Thank you ^^
I think we can send a diplomatic mission (exchange ambassadors with them), and discuss exact number of horses and artifacts to give and amount of food and other supplies to take. Okay, and for this, I think we could send only Pure Sisters, as diplomaty is their main activity. The scouts could go further to continue the recon.
What artifacts we can give them? 1) A rich and good condition Quran could be fine, as my main character, Fed'nar Hual-Razha, have found in a city a lot of books in good condition. As for some knives, we can send them knives restored by ourselves, with diamonds and things like that. 2) Maybe we could give to children some games found in the ruins ? Games like dominos, Monopoly, etc. XXI century games ^^ For women I'm thinking of domestic appliances, like aspirators or refrigerators (even if they don't work, at least they look good for decoration of the richest) 3) As I said earlier, Fed'nar found a lot of books. It's in the short story I'm writing. So, yeah, books about human body could be great. Or we could give them computers ? If they need them of course.

So, here is the list of actions we are going to make on Friday: 1) Send a diplomatic mission to Sons. Mission consist of two Pure sisters: the Ambassador Lady and her assistant, under the guard of two professionaland experienced assassins and 3-4 soldiers. Assassins will look like other soldiers and try not to attract attention. Also it may be useful to send with them a male professional trader. Firstly to make advises about trading and secondly to act as ambassador if they will not speak to women. The mission will take gifts with it. An old but in good condition Quran for the Caliph, a board game for his children (chess maybe?), and a vacuum bottle or a termobag (like delivery boys use for pizza to keep it hot). I dont like idea of refrigerator or computer. It needs too much electricity.
2) Adriano's group is to attack the same way they had to do it previous turn. Others consentrate in mob centers and prepare to attack.
And... that's all I suppose. Not much for a week :-) Please comment.

Why not a Reverend Mother and an Acolyte ? x3 No, I think the name is fine, but yeah I need to make a proper description of this "special tribe", the Order. Under the guard of two professionaland experienced assassins and 3-4 soldiers. Nice, but we need to define what armament they will take with them, either the assassins and the common soldiers. I'm not against the use of assassins, it's just a precaution I think, but it's a bit wierd for me to play it like "we don't trust our brothers in faith". If we were speaking of the Temples, I could understand. But the two Sisters are important, so yeah, let's protect them with badass guys ! Also it may be useful to send with them a male professional trader. Firstly to make advises about trading and secondly to act as ambassador if they will not speak to women.I agree, it's important to think that they could not accept to speak to women. And yeah, good advices from good trader is useful. I'm thinking of sending someone of my tribe, just so I could make a short-story about the diplomatic mission. An old but in good condition Quran for the Caliph, a board game for his children (chess maybe?), and a vacuum bottle or a termobag (like delivery boys use for pizza to keep it hot). I dont like idea of refrigerator or computer. It needs too much electricity.Okay, this fits me. Chess is really a good and popular game within the circle of rich people. A termobag could be fun. I'd like to send this, cuz it's funny and all. Something decorated with Turkmen traditional colours/theme ? Like an historic tapestry but on the bag. 2)ONWARD, MY SOLDIERS ! FOR THE GREAT DESERT !! Not much, but it's still some hard work

Why not a Reverend Mother and an Acolyte ? Ok. I have not thought long about names actually.
Nice, but we need to define what armament they will take with them, either the assassins and the common soldiers. Pistol, sword, knife, throwing knifes, bow with arrows maybe a bottle of poison somewhere deep inside their bags… Medkit, armor, 1-2 assault rifles. All soldiers should be equiped the same way not to attract attention to one of them.
I'm not against the use of assassins, it's just a precaution I think. I think this situation is like taking a Swiss Knife with you while going on a hike. It is small and light, but maybe extremely useful.
Something decorated with Turkmen traditional colours/theme ? Good idea)

Ok. I have not thought long about names actually. I'll think about it in the next days and will publish something.

Good idea) I said that because it's a gift we gave to them but they should remember who gave it to them. Plus, it means something to give something like that, cuz it is important for our culture, not only something random we found on the ruins.

UPD November 10th, 2014.Here is the list of problems we have to solve this week: 1) Trading. a) What kind of artifacts we are going to tell Sons? b) Exact number of goods we can exchange. 1 barrel of fuel for 1 horse? How many horses we are going to give them? How many foodwe need? c) Send trading mission to Tempes? d) And here are the Russians 2) War. a) Where we are going to move? I think we have to send scouts to the north and to the west. b) Are we going to attack Fort and declare war to Minerva? If we will, what is the plan? We can attack straight (and loose many soldiers, I bet), attack silently at night (and we can lose again as soon as it is well guarded). Or create a Plan. c) Are we going to attack farmer community? I think we can act this way: The fort is far away from villages. It means troops can move fast and for long distance, and can somehow get news from villages away. First small group of soldiers attack the farmers community slowly in the evening and make some noise. Maybe even burn something down. Fire can be seen well at night Their mission is to force farmers to panic ( Adriano The Fabulous Fennec can your fennecs howl threateningly?) and ask the fort to help. So after force demonstration they can capture the settlement. Second group is to set traps on the road (I can’t see any on the map, but there should be one) and organize and ambush not far away from the community. Their mission is to catch a group of soldiers the fort may send to help farmers. Third group (the biggest one) will attack the fort. They will start the same night the first group attack, at about 4 or 5 am. The first wave of assassins is to kill guard posts/patrols near the fort silently and infiltrate into the fort if there would be an opportunity. The second wave of assault soldiers is to attack the fort’s defensive facilities from 3-4 sides and to attract attention of its guards. After that the first wave soldiers will hit the guards back. Fourth and fifth groups are to control areas to the north and to the west of farmers community (we came from south and there is second group to the east). Their aim is to catch groups of soldiers that may come not from the fort and assist the second group if it will be needed. Also we can wait for our scouts to discover larger territories for us to know where from the possible reinforcements may come from.
