So if I got everything correctly every week we should write a number of actions for faction to do. Are there any "action points"? How detailed and specific should be description of actions? The more the merrier?

We need intel first of all.
Are the intel missions limited in the week or can we do them more often that once a week ?

These are more technical questions than strategy questions. I'll make a different thread for that once we get a bit closer to starting the game. The answer is complicated because it will depend on how long a "turn/round" is that week. But yes, each week you would tell me what actions you are going to do (I'll institute "action points" if it becomes necessary because everyone is saying they're doing too many things). The more detail in your plan the better it will go. But you only get to tell me what you plan to do, not what anyone else does or what the results are. For example: "We send Scout A along this river to look and observe and see and then come back." Not " We send Scout A in and he is super awesome and secret and stealthy and infiltrates their base and steals their stuff and comes back.".
Intel missions will be the same as any other. Each "round" you'll tell me what you're planning on doing. Then I'll tell you the results.

An example of a thing to help you all plan: I've designated some of you to be "Faction Mods", which at the moment basically just allows you to start new threads in your private Faction boards One of the factions has used this ability to start multiple threads for different aspects of the strategy/planning they need to do: Military resources, population and cities, motivating factors, etc.

Probably the first best bet is to determine how your side views the other sides, politically and philosophically, and how your side feels the other sides probably view them. Secondly, determine what forces you actually have that could be mustered and controled, and what forces are in your area that can be pointed. clear that with admin, and then everything should fall into place from there.
