My tribe :Name. "Al Moujtamaa al Elmi", which means "the scientists community" in Arabic.
Size. I've planned to play big tribe, of 1033 people.
Location. The main bunker is in Ashgabat, a week by foot from the tribe's main vault of
Lirik. Even if it's in Turkmenistan, the tribe is mainly in Iran, with the second big bunker being near Shirvan and the third lying near Sabzevar. The tribe and its liegemen control the south-east territories of the faction.
With Sabzevar, I imagine they've got a fast access to the desert, right,

Structure. A
tribe's head chief, who decide where the tribe will go next, what they will raid next, how many people will go in the desert, how many will stay with the tribe, and other general things.

warriors' head chief, who decide how many young are taught to be soldier, what are the needs in soldiers, how to raid the next target, who go in the desert and how, what weapons may need to be repaired in the shelters, and other military things.
A
trade's head chief, who decide what will be traded at the next meet with other tribes, what are the needs of the tribe in food, ammo, enhanced animals, and other things like that.
A
mothers' head chief, usually a woman, who decide who will teach the kids, will raise them, who will help the next mother giving born, but also who will marry who (I don't think the Turkmen let people marry anyone, because of all the illness caused by the radiations) and how many births are allowed.
Nutrition. They mainly eat enhanced goat meat and milk/cheese. They don't raise the goat but they buy them to other tribes. They do have a little herd. They also eat insects and mushrooms, but here again they only buy them.
Energy. The main vault was powered with some fuel generators, but now it's just too hard to find fuel. However, sometimes they do find hectoliters of it in bunkers in the South Desert. But no enough to power during years. So now they use an hydroelectric power station because they have water near them. They've also tried to use a little nuclear power station (found in the desert), but it was way too dangerous and they ceased to use it.
For the two other bunkers, they use wind power station. (if it can be enough)
Personalities.Stilgar Hual-Razha, ex-tribe's head chief, father of Fed'nar, dead at 43.
Fed'nar Hual-Razha, actual tribe's head chief, son of Stig, he is a very talented stalker, 20 years old.
Munira Hual-Fuad, agent of the Pure Sisters, cousin of Fed'nar, she enters the sisterhood at the age of twelve, after being stabbed in the belly, making her sterile. She's 21.
Osman Ibn Rachid Fuad, actual warriors' head chief, he's 34 and still is a very good soldier.
Sadoq Hual-Tarek, actual trade's head chief, he's 40 and very passionate in his work.
Fadila Razha, actual mothers' head chief, very old, 52, very severe, great-grandmother of Fed'nar.
Tribe specs. The tribe isn't really good at agriculture. They're the sons of a great number of scientists and they survive by digging in the old cities in the desert. Then they trade what they found or build new things with them and trade them. They're half-soldiers half-engineers. The tribe grows giant fennecs (the size of a common wolf) to help them finding food in the desert when they go in the cities and to help them find valuable things in the desert. They also protect their masters. They're very resistant to the radiations and have a good smell.
540 people live in three main bunkers, usually occupying two of them while leaving one under soldiers guard.
102 soldiers guard the three main bunkers, 40 for the two being occupied and 20 for the one being empty (or less inhabited).
391 are the soldiers / seekers. Their common traits are : no horse or camel riding, they use giant fennecs, they have good gear to travel in the desert, they use
fremkits turkits to survive long time in the desert but they lack in ammo. Women or old men build ammo and repair weapons in workshop, like in ancient time. They have no industrial power, but do have some vehicles : 4 pick-up and an APC. They've got other vehicle carcasses, but they use them to repair their functional vehicles.
150 of the soldiers are the
main seeker group, with light weapons (pistols) and cold steel, good gears and a lot of turkits.
100 are the
main assault group, with heavy weapons like machineguns, AA missile launchers, rocket launchers and assault rifles. They have old armors and helmets.
100 are the
logistic/military engineering group, planning the actions, constructing new weapons, using the vehicles, maintaining supply lines, acting as snipers or saboteurs, and usually maintaining roads in a good condition.
41 are the
apprentice soldiers (youngs from ten to sixteen)
50 women from this tribe have joined the ranks of the
Pure Sisters, due to sterility.
