Well I was mostly waiting for more details from Minerva but I haven't heard of them anymore...

Hmm, I'll message in that thread again. But here are the basics: Your tribes could settle/be nomads in our largely unsettled west. You would serve as patrolling guards as well, reporting anything you find in your travels, keeping an eye on our western border. You would get medicines, educational technology for your children, etc. You'd basically be independent citizens/tribes under the umbrella of Minerva. Play nice, and you can have free access of travel and settlement in our territory.

That's the upper generous end of the deal being offered you. The minimum offer is: "don't invade, and we won't explode your bunkers."

Feel free to bargain in between the two extremes
