Here is your first prompt, for planning this next week.

Last week some traders brought word of rumors that Minerva has been attacked by a mysterious enemy that destroyed several of their best military squads. Today (late summer), your scouts bring back word that troop movement and activity in Minervan territory is much much lower than normal, as well as more news from traders about Minerva's losses to this enemy. Apparently someone made a weapon, a machine that was even more powerful than Minerva's technology, and that could defeat their soldiers. Rumors are that Minerva is retreating in fear.

For the next Action, plan the next week of your activities.

so sorry, I never saw that it was up and running. My bad. Since the other player has not commented here, shy of countermanding from the other temples player, the standing plan of a small group (30 ) of merchants, each with small crank powered radios, are to travel to Aksu, and then up the Aksu river into the Tien Shen. The intent is for them to peel off one at a time, camp out on high peaks and set up line of sight for long distance radio communication, creating a relay network to send further info. On contact with Minerva, or anyone who appears the to be part of the force that is fighting them, to attempt to open up trade with a few bricks of gold they will be carrying. The majority of the troops in the eastern mountain ranges are being recalled to the farming communities along the Tarim river, and troops currently stationed in those areas are to start moving west, I want to set up patrols along our western border to make sure the turks dont come after us in the vacuum. and turk patrols found in our land will "vanish"

Religious ceremonies will be increased, including an additional "choosing" to please the gods and bring strength to the people, as well as increase ranks of the "Chosen" to be elevated to leadership positions among the soldiers. The gist is that spirits of the Celestial mountains have begun to repel their invaders, adn we move to support the gods, as we mortals are here to do.

Theyve already made some overtures, in pm, to trade. I would not be surprised if some of the border leaders trade food and minerals for technological marvels to ease their people's lives, and no retribution is forthcoming for any who do, but the official word from the government seat is that those people are infested with the tortured spirits of those that fell in the nuclear destruction, and to consort with them invites contagion and the displeasure of Heaven. so I would say they could probably get some food and oil products for vehicles, tools, parts, but nothing that would be too much of a war effort. That said, if such trading DOES go on, I expect shamans to "speak with the spirits" (open gap radio system all temples have) and let us know where they are actively trading, and what they are offering, mwahahahah.

A trade/diplomacy convoy from the Mongols to the north reach your borders. You can either this week say you want to attack them etc, or you can open up a dialogue with them via Message to Dakim, Castiel, and me.

A trade/diplomacy group from the Turkmen also arrives. The same, message Lirik, Adriano, and me if you want to trade/talk to them. If not, tell me what you want to do to them.

Your scout mission up the mountains is well underway, but are stopped by drones ordering them to move back or face fire. Some don't retreat and the drones spray them with tear gas and etc until they do. Some even reported that soldiers surrounded them and forced them to leave, after confiscating their goods, radios and weapons. None are killed. All are warned that next time they won't even see what hits them. (so basically you got as far as you marked on your map before being forcefully escorted back down the mountain a bit).

Your "message" to the Khanate is overheard. You still need to message them thru the forum (to Dazim and castiel and me) about your trading plans.

I have a lack of other official actions, so I'll just say you continue prep stuff.

If you find anyone else, thats good for me. We have our soldiers moving over from the east, building up a staging area to make some actual assaults into the mountains, people montioring radio frequencies to try and find out what frequencies the drones are on, both to see them coming and to drop them out of the sky, working on manufacturing hte devices to do so, misleading one ally/enemy, and waiting for moves from the other in case they need a crushing. Sounds like a busy week to me. Is it a new week in game yet?

Ahh, my bad. Then yeah, continue buildup of troops in Akso, have the himilayan manufacturing regions start ramping up on the explosives and shaped charge spears, and start moving more men into hills where we've been pushed back in the moutains, I want a good 300 troops throughout that 15 square mileish area, including some lookouts watching the area from mountain peaks where the false coordinates were given. If engagement happens, a fight breaks out, then the orders are to sweep forward over the mountains and take about 100 men into the combat zone, emphasis on fighting the minervans, especially drones and armor if any. all squads on the edgea of the area are to have the explosive spears to have a CHANCE at any minervan retaliation, and any contact with minervan troops that seem to be at all agressive in nature are to be met with an instant counterattack. They have chased us from our ancestral home for LONG ENOUGH! Also, I want a larger contigent of priests headed to akso, to being purifying the town, sacrifices of animals and worldly offerings to try and appease the spirits of the place, and any radio towers that might still be up identified, including commercial ones. I want to start setting up heavy duty radio blanketing ability, so that if we do recieve a minervan counterattack that comes into the city (hopefully rockets from the scouts up the river will be an early alert) the city can be blanketed in radio static.
