here are a couple of maps, I'm going to combine them and mark a few likely population centers when I get access to image tools at home.

thank you! i based it on where I figured the river would move along, existing farming and known mineral deposits, and oil depostist that are easiest to restart after being blowed all to hell.

course, i've discovered that all the iron, copper, zinc, and so on deposits are south of us in Tibet. Minerva supplies and technology, restart the strip mining of the plateau after conquering the Hannists down there, and boom, manufacturing center!
