Yeah, I prefer to group them, if it's not bothering you.
I think soldiers/stalkers must be the smartest people of the Turkmen, and when they become old, they become the chief of tribes.

Or maybe when they caught the spy, the spy panicked and said that Minerva would come destroy them if they don't let him go. So now they feel that they have to declare war on Minerva before they come destroy them.
Once upon a time Russian army was attacking Afghanistan. The situation was similar, big, well equipped and well trained army was attacking small villages and shelters situated on dangerous area. Small village won't declare war with Russia and invade into it. First our soldiers died in a way:
A group of soldiers enters village. No one is attacking them, some children even smile friendly. They ask an old man where they can find water. He goes inside his house and give them pure cold water. Solders drink it and die in an hour or two. A small boy agrees to show them a way but leads them directly into a trap. That is how war with tribes is made.
I think Turkmen should have modified falcons for hunting. Or spying.
This falcons should be smart enough to tell what they ‘ve seen. I offer dogs and camels.
I don't think thex want to cross the desert, but maybe to establish themselve in the ruins of the arabian cities. Maybe they want to live there again, in peace, where nobody could attack them or bother them ?
So maybe they are looking for G.E.C.K a way to recultivate desert and go away from other and live in peace and quiet?
If you say "Admin" three times with that spell, he appears in front of you irl !
Will it work with Emma Watson?
In my opinion, I think each of the members of the fourth faction should be the leader of their own tribe.
To separate our forces might be a dangerous decision. But it definitely will be funny.

I'd love to have genetically modified doggys  (Each tribe could have a special animal) Will it work with Emma Watson?
After 35 attempts....still no Emma to be seen anywhere  To separate our forces might be a dangerous decision. But it definitely will be funny.We have a saying : "Diviser pour mieux régner" it means: It is easier to rule smaller lands than one big country. And yes, it would be very funny.

I was thinking more about “Divide and conquer”.  So we are to think about reason for the faction to invade. And then we are going to spend some time describing tribes. We know that Turkmen are not looking for a weapon. Any ideas? How about making insects main food for the faction? I think they might be as nutritious as usual food, but requires less pure land and water to produce. Admin, how unusual do Turkmen look for people from other factions? "Oh, guy you look ill. Are you ok?” or “Do not come to me ugly bastard!”. Can they hide their differences with just hood and gloves of they need masks?

I'm thinking that they don't look THAT unusually. Maybe a slightly odd skin tone or coloring. Hood and gloves would definitely be enough. Although if you want them to go all Fremen with masks to preserve water and etc you totally can, as long as A) you make it beleiveable and B) they know that they are quoting Dune.  |

Sounds great. Actually I was thinking about a communication process between turkman and other faction member. I was afraid that some of them will run away screaming or will try to shoot turkman before the conversation start.

They found a map in a comp in a the ruins of a city and the map lead to such technology. But they may need Minerva techs to use it and upgrade it. Isn't it a good reason to invade Minerva ? Plus, I particularly like it. It makes Turkmen being good people and not blind killers. |

So, we may call them how you want, I have no idea (apart Fish Speaker xD). There only is females in that detachment. They might be from 100 to 200 women. They're all steriles because of radiations or genetic diseases. They're well-trained soldiers. They act as spies, diplomats, messengers between tribes, snipers and assassins. They all live in a bunker called "The Virgins Fortress", even if they're not all virgin (just stupid name I came up with xD), where live permanently their instructors (old women from this detachment or men soldier). They all live there because the detachment is common for all the tribes. Only the best women can go there, because it's hard to pass the examination and then the training. They're one of the main link between the tribes. They're the secret Service of the Turkmen. It's a proposition, I'll let ou say if you like it or not ^-^ |

Eating always the same stuff is boring and (maybe) unhealthy. how unusual do Turkmen look for people from other factions?I thought they'd look normal, but they will have some tumors on the body (because of the cancers, but maybe they're more resistant to them). Or maybe the face burned by the radiations ? But yeah definitely not only a different "tone" of skin. And I think they could perfectly hide them under normal Tuareg clothes. Maybe they use a gear that looks like Fremen only to go in the radioactive desert or for fighting ? Like some kind of special outfit better for hand fight.

Agree with everything, except name of theirs HQ (oh, come on...) and their specialization. I think it is better to focus on diplomacy and, maybe, intelligence service. No warrior skills. Being the main link between tribes they might have some good practice in diplomacy. Also they might act as a court for solving argues between members of different tribes, that are not important enough to bother chiefs of tribes.

Or, maybe they believe that Minerva have this technology, but don't want to tell their secrets? Maybe Turkmen firstly tried to buy (but Minerva said that they don't have anything like that or a price was too high) or steal it (and were caught). And now they are ready to fight for it.
But why do they believe in this?
One could have camels, another dogs, another would have fennecs …

And Minerva would probably gladly do it to the Turkmen's land, but they'd have to accept Minervan government. They won't sell it or give it to them. Their trying to use it as leverage in their diplomacy to "conquer" the Turkmen and make them become part of Minerva.

Well, are you sure ? It'll be good to have some side forces in case we're losing the war... Or we can convert them later into soldier. Sounds tempting) I think we should do it !
