Here is your first prompt, for planning this next week.
The devastating assaults by the Anti-Personnel Assault Robots (APAR), known colloquially as "Apes", occurred 2 weeks ago. We lost nearly all of our tactical assault forces. 5 teams, nearly completed destroyed. Since that day, there have been no other attacks, but news of our weakness has spread. We've received reports that several factions, located in the area around Minerva, have begun making plans to invade.
Over this next week, plan the next week of Minerva's actions and plans.

Results to plan for next week.
Basically, we get all mobilized and ready. We hear reports that the factions are invading. The NRF has been spotted in the northwest, sending in scouts and teams. The Turkmen in the south also. Nothing from the other factions yet, although spies are on their way there to report.

Results for planning. We've noticed some Turkmen scouts to the south, at both our Fortification at the southeast, and at the southwest village in Uzbekistan. We've also noticed some Russian activity in the north, at the two northwest settlements in Kazakhstan. Your Oculus agents are well under way and in place to do whatever you want them to do.

Wow, have your enemies been busy. The Russians appear to be mobilizing for war. Lots of industry, training, troop movements. They are exploring and mapping and scouting settlements and roads, trying to contact local raider groups, very deep into our territory. The towns report that they've lost some people to wolves recently. You see no evidence of wolves, and think it likely some of been taking prisoners for interrogation. Some Russian things of note: you see them doing a lot of work building ships. The scout groups are relatively small (about 30 men each), at least 3 of them in the area. Your soldiers in the northeast reported a suspicious caravan that appeared to be from the Khanate, although they denied it. They were escorted out of our territory. In the southeast, scouts and spies with radios from the Temples appeared to be setting up reconnasaince posts in the mountains. They were repelled with drones with tear gas and occasionally soldiers and told that next time you would shoot first. The Turkmen also appear to be mobilizing. Your scouts and drones report seeing lots of troop movement in the area, pushing deeper to the southwest and to the southeast. Your delegate makes contact with them (should message Lirik and Adriano and me to discuss things).

Ok, you airdropped in the supplies to the Turkmen HQ, but not a whole covert ops mission to set it up. Just the crate, with perfectly specified equipment, showing you knew about their base and it's layout, etc.
You also airdropped 2 crates into Russia territory. 1 into their main scout base south of the border, and 1 into their main shipyard. Both were full of candy and a note saying "We won't be so sweet next time."
You start producing Marauders. Only 3 this week, as it takes a bit to design and fix a few bugs in the prototype.

PS - Can you edit for the russians that our crates each had two long range radios in them... with a note for "just give us a call if you'd like to chat... we hope to hear from you within the next 48 hours" or something like that.

Ok, so your Drones are flying over the Russia-ish area more. You see their scouts vacate and head to the northwest.
Continue talking with them and Turkmen.

Russians:
Copied from their thread: "Diplomacy: An embassy is sent to Minerva. It consists of 5 diplomats and a honorguard team. 2 crawlers are used for transportation. The honorguard is made up of military school trainees, each at least 190sm high, in decorated uniforms and armed with AK-74. The embassy follows the route mapped by the recon team that had a container dropped on it's camp. On Minervan territory they openly move to the town for negotiations. If they encounter a Minervan military unit they would follow their instructions regarding the route. Should Minerva strictly deny passage to an armed unit the second crawler with the guard will be sent back home. "
I'm saying you let them in/escort them in. They want all sorts of military details that they might see on the Marauders, APCs, soldiers, etc. Basically anything they could see just be observing or from their spies in the area watching your actions.
Your spies and drones also report that they are arming up their border, appears mostly defensive. Your spies report that the Russians are building and practicing with anti-tank rounds.
You don't really hear much from anyone else at the moment.

Ok, some things you saw this week. I'm saying that your soldiers up by the Russians utterly destroyed and made an example of the raider enclave they reported. Killed all the raiders, burned the bodies, left a big Minervan Flag in the campsite. Your sensors detected that the Russians had scouts/spies around, so you tried to put on a good and terrifying show for them. You also receive reports of a large force coming from the Caucuses. Basically they've come along the red arrow, towards those settlements. If you had any specific spy or sabotage work, let me know today.

The convoy from the direction of the Sons looks like this:
"The convoy contains 205 vehicles. Of these, 54 look to be of military origin, while the rest are painted various colors if they are painted at all. The predominant color scheme is "Late Rust", and the cargo areas are a hodgepodge of boxy shapes, tarps and ropes. Several trucks re missing fenders, one is missing most of the cab, and three have no hoods. Except for the military vehicles, the whole affair looks like nothing so much as a clan of hillbillies on their way to visit relatives."

We have any idea who the caucus mountain vehicle caravan belongs too?

It belongs to the Sons. That's your assumption based on where they are coming from and that they aren't from the russians.
