Dazim, what info have we gained from the Russians and Chinese, please? Do we have any idea what they're up to. I know the Chinese laid claim to a set of mountains for religious purposes and that the NRF are attacking Minerva, just from bits that have been dropped here and there, but what do we officially know? And have we agreed to anything with either faction?

It's handy to review what we know now, as we're getting into position to attack, and I don't fancy fighting on multiple fronts. It never ends well! (Ask Germany or Japan!)

Castiel wasn't actually included in the messages from the Russians. But all that happened was you both want trade and diplomatic relations. you just have to determine what sort of things you want/have to offer, and then message Amberlight and rat about it.

The Chinese lay claim to the mountains at the heart of Minerva, and would welcome and love to coordinate a massive rush attack I'm sure.

Ok, Chinese first: are we bothered about those mountains in particular? I mean, they're in the middle, yes, but we can't farm there. Is it worth offering mutual aid on the basis that we get the foot hills and farmlands and they get the mountains?

Russians: agree to ignore each other's attacks? ie not attack each other's forces, rather than an actual alliance?

Just ideas, what do you all think?

Also, was there any materials we were short of? I think we are fairly self-sufficient, and I think we planned our tactics based on things we have, but it's good to check while we have the opportunity for trade with our neighbours.

As for the mountains if they hold tech we would want we might have to either cut a deal or let them exaust themselves before that point.

The mountains the Chinese are referring to are the mountains where Minerva has it's HQ.

If you time it right, Minerva will be mostly distracted by the Russians and the Sons of Mohammed (who are both about to start their invasion plans).
