Okay. I think you're right.
Now I will have to re-do all my short story x)

For the plan of Minerva, it was just that I thought Arabians countries will have partly funded the creation of Minerva before the Collapse, as they were very rich. Hoping to put important people there. So they'd knew where is Minerva HQ.
But maybe I didn't understand Minerva history right ?
