I really think we should use that special detachment of women forces.

So, we may call them how you want, I have no idea (apart Fish Speaker xD).

There only is females in that detachment.
They might be from 100 to 200 women.
They're all steriles because of radiations or genetic diseases.
They're well-trained soldiers. They act as spies, diplomats, messengers between tribes, snipers and assassins.
They all live in a bunker called "The Virgins Fortress", even if they're not all virgin (just stupid name I came up with xD), where live permanently their instructors (old women from this detachment or men soldier).
They all live there because the detachment is common for all the tribes. Only the best women can go there, because it's hard to pass the examination and then the training.
They're one of the main link between the tribes.
They're the secret Service of the Turkmen.
