Yeah, I think that would be better.

They found a map in a comp in a the ruins of a city and the map lead to such technology.
But they may need Minerva techs to use it and upgrade it.

Isn't it a good reason to invade Minerva ?
Plus, I particularly like it. It makes Turkmen being good people and not blind killers.
