In my opinion, I think each of the members of the fourth faction should be the leader of their own tribe.
And this forum would act like one of the councils of the heads.
That would give each of us a lot more of freedom to choose how our tribe works.
As an exemple : My tribe would be composed of 966 people. Half of them are children, non-soldier men and women and old people.
The other half would be the fighting power. I'm thinking of having two regiments of foot and logistic soldiers and the rest would be divided
in special forces.
