About the transhumanist question, may I raise the fact that Turkmen population could be a good reservoir for Minerva ?
The fact they wander in radioactive zones has changed their DNA so they can survive more in the wastelands.

Plus, radiations make the DNA unstable, it might be easier to work on it ? I dunno, that's just a wild thought.
