Our scout units have made good progress in mapping northern area of Minerva and we also have reconnaissance units with experience of stealth operations on their territory.
We offer you an exchange of data - we will provide you the information we gathered about Minerva and update you on anything our scouts discover. In return, you will provide with the information about your forces involved in the actions against Minerva and warn us about your plans on that issue so we could adjust our own actions for greater combined effect. It will also be good if you assist our scouting teams if needed.

That would indeed be helpful both to map the area and to prevent "friendly fire" incidents. If your forces are not already travelling to Minerva, we are planning to improve the roads and paths as we go, and you would be welcome to use them also. We are not building highways, just filling holes, repairing bridges, and digging out landslides. We were planning to use parts of the old E40 roadbed, but if you know an easier, faster, better route, that might help us both. The plains are one thing, but there are only so many paths through the mountains.
And we would be happy to assist your scouts especially if they find some bandits to fight.
