As our trade relations are clearly beneficial to the both of our nations I believe that it would be appropriate to discuss another kind of alliance as well.
As you are no doubt aware, there is a rather powerful and expansion-bent organization called Minerva east from your lands. What kind of relations do you have with it?

We find their arrogant condescension infuriating, and their monopoly on life saving technology indefensible. We have not fired upon each other, but there is no love for them here, even if we do occasionally trade for whatever crumbs they may offer. How about you?

We feel that their elf-righteous zeal for political expansion is a major threat for all nations hat border Minerva territory. If we are to remain safe from them, we must act together.
We also see any victory of yours over Minerva as beneficial to our nation. So if you decide to move against it, know that if you take the northern route around Aral sea, we will allow your forces passage through our territory from Astrakhan and further north, as well as show you the best roads. We may also resupply your troops with food for a reasonable price.
Also, as we offered before, we would gladly provide you with the transportation across Aral sea - be it to Turkmens or Minerva.

We thank you for that offer of passage. We had originally planned to closely skirt the Caspian Sea and then drop down south of the Aral sea area, but you offer a much better path. We are carefully considering your offer, but we established our forces to take advantage of the path being laid by our advance team before we heard of your willingness to carry our troops by ship, so troop transport by sea would offer little in the way of advantage since the remainder of our forces are already near Astrakhan. Our relations with the Turkmen are currently cordial but guarded since who knows what they are thinking behind those bland smiles. If they prove false it would be nice to be able to land a force behind them.
There are those toward whom our anger burns. You are not among them, and we welcome your friendship.
