Ok, lots of things, I'll try to get it all.
Population change looks good.
Ships from initial expedition are back. the river is dredged mostly all the way now. Barges and boat production go well, like you plan, and by the end of the week your ships have reached the Caspian sea again.
So let me make sure I understand this next part: You take some of the candies Minerva sent you (just normal hard candy with a plastic wrapper, no Minerva logo or anything), poison them, and send them to the Sons mixed in with the rest of the food? So they open up a container, it has food in it, "hey look, Candy!" they eat it, get poisoned and die, sort of thing? If so, ok. You send poisoned candy to the Sons. Make sure you send a detailed description of what you send to them in a message (obviously don't say the poisoned part. Based on what they do I'll see if/when they notice).
Research is going well. What are the methanol and toluene for?
Your researchers break down the Minervan containers. They're just wooden crates, with a guided parachute and small computer that self-destructed on landing. The one radio you got appears to send a signal up to some satellites, and is coded to receive those signals as well. You aren't able to do much more except learn that.
Oh, looking to make bullets and stuff. Bravo. Preperations for that goes well.
Southern Team:
The Minervan vehicles you see seem to now be based out of the two towns. The patrol pattern is irregular and (so far) impossible to predict.
The recon team makes good progress to search for the lost expedition. Remind me next week, they'll probably have found something.
Your Ranger team sent to the west of the Aral sea finds that there is a Minervan town there (in between the two parts of the Aral sea).
Eastern Border:
Make sure you communicate with Dazim and Castiel about this, but it goes as you say.
Western Border:
Radio contact, good plan
Caution, extra good plan. Next week they'll have stuff to report. Most of this week was spent getting on their way.
Keep talking with Minerva via messages. I'll try to make sure they continue the talks.
