Once I feel Pre-Planning has gone far enough and everyone has had a chance to share their ideas, I will go through them, decide which ideas I think fit best, and make "Official" posts about the basic identity and facts of each of the factions.

From there, we will need to plan some of the specifics for the factions, their resources and equipment (military, especially), and being planning their invasion strategies.
