I thought you'd quit--glad you didn't. This Forum posts wierd. I checked yesterday, and didn't see your post, but it's datestamped as yesterday morning.
Yeah, we'll take them up on their offer. I'm going to be affable and very paranoid (The wise Ruler trusts no one). I've got to go with what I came up with because we're out of time, but I want to talk each subsequent move over before I post it.
We're actually negotiating with the Turkmen and the Russians--i'll catch you up on that after I post the move.
