Air baloons to use for scouting purposes (Or, maybe, even a designated plane or two).
Radio and, more importantly, jammers (If we can't use radio - nobody will use it!). And any other kind of supportive items we can use.

P.S. Do we have "emergency" forces for use in any unpredicted circumstances.
