Why do you want to trade reliable transport (Horses) for not that much of fuel that could be used in vehicles we cannot use to it's full potential (Mainly due to lack of skilled drivers and mech's)?
I don’t think we have many vehicles, in al Elmi tribe mainly. I think Adriano wants to organize a kind of assault group with it. And we have not decided what to ask for horses.

I have sent an invitation once, they ignored it. We can send a mission this turn or later.
