Есть идея сделать данную фракцию как остаток объединенных войск ШОС (Шанхайская Организация Сотрудничества) и эвакуированных ученых и персонал Сибирского Технологического Кластера России.
У фракции будет нехватка ресурсов, и оттого очень бережливое отношение к ним. В том числе к жизни и живым существам. Их техника будет очень мала, экономна по ресурсам и высокотехнологична. Производство основано на технологиях 3D печати, нанороботах, генной инжинерии.
Отношение к Минерве враждебное: англоязычное население считается потомками армии вторжения, напавшей на территорию ШОС в ходе Катаклизма. Отряды Эгиды, без раздумий пускающие в ход оружие для уничтожения банд бродяг, усиливают негативное отношение "монголов" к Минерве.
Система власти и экономика основана на информационной сети, в свою очередь основанной на современном Интернете. На основе индексов цитирования, одобрения/оценки сообщений и прочей активности людей в сети людям начисляется "социальный капитал", который регулирует доступ людей к ресурсам, приоритет их интересов и так далее.
I have an idea about this faction - make it a remnant of united forces of SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organisation) and evacuated scientists and personnel of Siberian Technological Cluster of Russia.
The faction is in a constant lack of resources and thus they treat them very frugally. That includes people and living creatures in general. Their vehicles are compact, resource-efficient and high-tech. Their production is based on 3D-printing, nanotechnology and genetic engineering.
They are hostile to Minerva for several reasons: English-speaking organisation is seen as a remnant of western invading armies that attacked the region during WW3. And Minervan Aegis teams that are trigger-happy when it comes to dealing with different bands gives more base to see Minerva as evil.
Political power and economy is based on an information network based on a system akin to the modern Internet. People are evaluated in the Network by their activity which gives them "social currency" that determines their level of access to resources and information and how high of a priority their interests have in the society in general.
