Basically, I'd like some sort of idea where the Rushkies have military bases, airfields, and major force distribution. And how quickly we can get bombers out there. Have
I'd also like an assault team to preform a capture/kill operation on the Russian delegation in our town, with emphasis on the capture portion of the operation.

Ok, here is a map they made for themselves showing some basic things. For some of the other things you want, we can just assume you have a pretty good idea where they are. Tell me you want to target them and I'll assume you can. I don't have time to be fancy in character, but the Oculus head puts forth a plan that emphasizes diplomacy, that we should never take a violence first approach, that that sort of approach caused our current situation by creating enemies that attacked us. They also strongly imply that Aegis is too weak to do the job successfully anyways, after their recent losses. Especially because we dont' have a ton in the way of airpower anyways. Mostly drones, some helicopters, maybe a couple planes. Minerva hasn't had a need for an air force beyond helicopters and drones mostly. Glaucus head is all worried and stuff, and take a middle road. They allow you to prepare attacks and stuff, but won't allow us to shoot first, basically. They're scared and want to try peace first. But, they do allow you to prepare everything necessary in case the Russians turn violent. Some things you do notice is that there isn't a ton in the way of anti-aircraft, but that they are fortifying their border a bit. I'll post what goes down in the official thread in a bit. For the moment I'm going to assume you don't do anything hasty. The Minervan Council wants to try diplomacy first. But prepare your battle plans

Wow, these guys are waaaay more into it than I am. Hats off to the Russians, that's pretty f***in awesome.
Honestly, the biggest target would be the Center of Textiles and Food Industries. It's the crossroads of two roads... and we can put the pressure on the enemy's supply lines. If we have any airborne vehicles left over after the saturation bombing of the enemy's center for food distribution, we should put them on an attack on the industrial center.
Also, Oculus/Aegis teams should probably start sneaking over the Russian border to the industrial center for sabotage, and the capitol for propaganda/psychological operations. Just to tie up the bad guys for a bit.

Just tell me what sort of propaganda and sabotage you want. I'll probably figure in a % chance of failure for each mission, that will increase as the Russians get more suspicious and tell me they are searching for the saboteurs.

Hm. Mostly just intelligence gathering for the minute. Figuring out where the Russian units are, where their supply lines are, how many people they have. Insofar as propaganda goes, units should infiltrate, find some sort of revolutionary, and help push them into full-fledged rebellion. Raiders, messiahs, dreamers and schemers, if they can disrupt the Rushkies I'm all for it.
As a side note, how many vehicles (preferably by type) do we have now?

Well, I've said that we have like a dozen maraurders and a couple APCs up by the Russians. I'd be fine with us having a couple dozen+ marauders. I think in the general strategy thread you talked about a ratio for building new ones?

Aight I'm back. Sorry, holiday drama abounds. As for a ratio... I'd figure a mechanized task force would work well with roughly 3 marauders, 5 APCs, and a tank or two. Marauders are good outriders and a QRF, while the tank gives the APCs the heavy hitting power.
